TabXP was founded by a group of friends who shared a desire to enter the business world and learn from our community leaders. We encountered a problem; that general business summer programs are built to have an intern sit at a desk or run around getting coffee, we understood that we did not have the opportunity to learn and explore in a way that would be substantially effective and that programs like these would not give us the opportunity to gain an understanding of everything that running a business has to offer. As we continued to look into this issue, we also discovered that there are no real summer programs for the less business oriented who may be looking to go into different trades. In response to both of these issues, we created TabXP- a summer program for young adults to gain true exposure to the diverse trade and business world by gaining real world experience.  

The way internship programs work is simply ineffective. What any internship program does is find a place for inexperienced individuals to go do busy work at random companies. These programs do not effectively supply the necessary skills and knowledge that a young adult should have to help decide their future decisions when it comes to their career. With TabXP, we help young adults gain valuable knowledge and experiences from a trade or business environment. We do so by having as many interns as possible rotate throughout different businesses . We make it our mission to help young adults gain valuable knowledge, experience, and the ability to decide their careers.
